Texarkana College offers courses within the One (1) Year Welding Certificate Program in Welding at the Barry B. Telford Unit. Incarcerated students work with Prison Education Program (PEP) Advisors to pursue their degree objectives. Assurance of transferability of credits to at least one other institution is guaranteed.
