Texarkana College’s focus on student success and retention is designed to maximize academic success and build social connections for new, returning, first-generation, academically challenged, non-traditional, under-represented, and transitional students of Texarkana College. The goal is to provide students with resources to increase the opportunities for students to complete their educational goals; additionally, we focus on assisting and encouraging students to complete their degree or certificate. Student Success wants to be an advocate for students throughout their matriculation at TC by assisting with the following:

- Workshops on College Success Strategies
- Laptop Loaner Program
- Scholarship and Transfer Information
- Campus and Community Resources
- Career Exploration and Planning
- Community-wide Career Fair
